Where is Richard Simmons when you need him?!

Could not get out of bed today.   Woke up feeling weak and a bit sick.  When I finally got up at 9 am instead of my usual crack of dawn (6:30 am), I got on my Mac only to find more devastating news out of Japan and this pretty much set the tone for my day.  Watching the suffering these people are going through, I felt helpless and alone.  I could not focus nor be productive.  By the same token, the grace and class displayed by the earthquake survivors is truly inspiring and makes any of my issues irrelevant to say the least.  I did not even listen to music because I could not get out of my own head.  Finally, I made it to boxing class and was paired with an 8 and 12 years old whose innocence and cuteness just melted my heart and reminded me once again to cheer the hell up!  Tomorrow is a new day...
