First 24 hours

Yesterday stopped me in my tracks...

I was skipping along for the past 3 years, 2 months and 5 days spreading joy, love and blessings upon all creatures of the Earth because I was loved. So loved!! Loved like I have never been before.

My world came crashing down in a 2 minutes phone call...

The object of my affection, love of my life,  announced that "this" was not working out... Blindsided and shocked, I pleaded, cried and realized I had to let it go.... Here I was, mid thirties, single again!

I called my #1 gay who rushed to my rescue and saved me from the floods of emotions and tears coming out of me.  We talked, we cried, we hugged and finally 3 hours later, I feel asleep with a face full of tears and a heavy heart...


BFF 4 Ever awards of the day goes to the one we call Claude for driving over at 12:30 am.
Second place goes to Mark S. for sacrificing his precious Friday night for me.
